1. Service and eligibility
Gourmang SASU provides Gourmang. Its registered office is at 47 Avenue du Général de Gaulle, 93170 Bagnolet, France. You can contact us at support@gourmang.com.
Using Gourmang means accepting these terms. You must be at least 16. Automated nutrition and weight planning is available from 18; users aged 16–17 can log meals and explore food information without it.
2. Nutrition information
Gourmang provides general nutrition information, not medical advice. Data, calculations and AI estimates can be inaccurate. Check results before relying on them, particularly for allergies or health decisions, and consult a healthcare professional when appropriate.
3. Your account and contributions
Keep your account secure and submit only content you have the right to share. For contributions to the shared food database, you grant us permission to store, adapt and publish them to operate Gourmang. Approved contributions may remain after account deletion without attribution to your account. We may moderate content and restrict access to address misuse, security risks or breaches of these terms. You can close your account in settings.
4. Paid features
Prices, included features, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before purchase. For app-store subscriptions, the store processes payment, cancellation and refund requests. Cancel renewal in that store; deleting your Gourmang account does not cancel billing. Cancellation normally leaves access until the paid period ends.
Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal and conformity rights, remain unaffected. Contact us about problems with the service. For Apple downloads, Apple’s standard EULA also applies.
5. Changes
We may change features, data sources and calculations for security, legal compliance, technical compatibility or service improvements. Changes remain subject to your mandatory rights. Where required, we give advance notice on a durable medium, such as email, stating the effective date and any right to refuse the update or end the contract without charge. Non-essential updates covered by French consumer law carry no additional charge.
We may revise these terms for those reasons. We notify you of material changes before they take effect and obtain acceptance where required. Price changes follow the applicable purchase terms and legal notice requirements.
